bh-120x120-03-dyIn the beginning, I started building a website while the booth was being built. Bluehost has an easy 1 click WordPress installation. You can have a website up in less than a minute. Best of all, WordPress and the installation is FREE! They always answer my technical website questions professionally and quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

smugmug-120x120I recommend using SmugMug to host all your photo booth event pics. I have been using the Pro version for years and love it! If you are going to post photos so your guests can download then this is a must have product for your business. Check out my post Why I use SmugMug In My Photo Booth Business for more information on the features.

Elegant ThemesWe build out all of our clients sites using Elegant Themes for WordPress. We choose to go with Elegant Themes because of their awesome customer support! Their newest theme Divi is probably the only theme you will ever need because of its flexibility. Most of their newest themes are mobile ready. We put together a sample photo booth website here: Divi Photo Booth Site Demo

AgreeWe recently switched over to Agree’s contract system to book all of our events. The contract platform was built for photographers but you can seamlessly integrate it for your photo booth business. What I love most about Agree is it’s clean interface which looks so professional to your clients. Their system is also super easy to use!

ring-centralFor our toll free number we decided to use RingCentral. We went the ProPlus plan for $19.99 a month that comes with 1000 local and long distance minutes. You can even choose a vanity number for an additional fee. This plan also includes a dedicated internet fax line. You can also have your calls forwarded to your mobile phone so you can book clients on the go.

IncFileIf you want to register your new photo booth company as an LLC or Corporation we recommend Incfile. The website has an easy step by step form to guide you through the entire process. Be sure to visit their learning center to compare your options.
